What we collect
- Your email address, which you log in with together with your password, and your mobile number.
- Your profile: name, city, experience, skills and the jobs you want.
- Documents you choose to upload for verification (for example police verification). We store only the last four digits of an Aadhaar number, never the full number.
- Applications you send on Duty24, and the offers employers make you.
Who can see it
- Employers see your profile and verification badges. Your phone number is shown only to an employer you applied to, or one that unlocked your profile.
- Employers never see your uploaded document files. Only our verification team does, and every view is logged.
- You can hide your profile from all employers at any time in your settings.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and withdraw consent, from your account settings or by writing to privacy@pinuxi.digital. Data is stored in India.
